  • Monforts production works in Austria changes its legal form

    The company had been an independent business since 1982, and with this change in the legal form is now becoming more closely associated with the long-established Mönchengladbach-based company, A. Monforts Textilmaschinen. High-tech (textile) finishing ranges are predominantly manufactured at Montex in St. Stefan. These include in particular stenters, continuous dyeing ranges, compressive shrinkage ranges and special ranges for the coating and treatment of “technical textiles”.

    Das Unternehmen war seit 1982 eine eigenständige Gesellschaft und rückt jetzt mit der Änderung der Gesellschaftsform noch näher an das Mönchengladbacher Traditionsunternehmen A. Monforts Textilmaschinen. Gefertigt werden bei der Montex in St. Stefan in erster Linie High-Tech (Textil-) Veredlungsanlagen. Dazu gehören in erster Linie Spannrahmen, Kontinue-Färbeanlagen, Kompressive Krumpfanlagen sowie Spezialanlagen zur Beschichtung und für die Behandlung sogenannter „Technischer Textilien“.
